Pétré family have been growing producing Champagne from their own
vines for more than 7 generations and produce 4 excellent Champagnes including
their Gold Medal award winning Cuvée Réserve

Tasting notes:
Color: A crystalline color with fine bubbles who create a light disk of a beautiful obstinacy. The coloring intensity reveal a passionate youth, a sign of freshness and liveliness.
Nose: A frank fresh and pleasant nose who reveal aromas of white flowers, hawthorns, crunchy white bread and ferns. Citrus fruits are not in rest with notes of pink grapefruit assembled with some litchis and granny smith apple. These aromatic characteristics will know how to develop on light notes of evolution towards the bees-wax, the honey and the royal jelly.
Taste: First of all, the mouth is marked by the freshness. The previously olfactive perceptions are meet in the gustative harmony. A frank and clear attack, a well presented but not intrusive bubble. A beautiful balance between sugar and acidity emerges from it. The realization of the malolactic fermentation brings a lot of generosity. We note sensations of candies in fresh fruit and sherbet of white citrus fruits. The end of mouth is velvety with a fine tactile touch.
